Test video of compiz (or compiz-fusion or whatever its called now) running under freebsd via a NFS mounted root partition. Just showing compiz does indeed run under BSD. Typical compiz effects, wobbly, fire, rain, rotate desktop, etc. Programs running include wine, dosbox, and mplayer. Recorded at 1024×768, not what I usually run, but at a higher resolution more frames will be lost. Sound was not recorded. A fat32 partition is mounted, but it was just used to save the recorded material.

    Its a GTX 275 with 4 gigs ram on a X3-720 cpu.

Seeing as only x86 freebsd supports the nvidia binaries (as of the recording), the 4 gigs ram is only ~3.2.
